Wow, I have this great idea…let’s start a running video website where we feature workouts, races, interviews, etc…I was thinking of calling it “FloWtrack”…and was contemplating calling the workout videos “Workout Wednesday” but decided on “Speed Saturday”…I think it could be a hit.
